The »Posthalter« is well-known this region. Our well-kept family business with traditional bavarian cuisine and wonderful ambience will convince you. We are a family-run three star hotel. Furthermore, we have numerous public rooms and halls which are available for your festivities. Naturally, the traditional bavarian day-to-day business does not go short.

At the former brewery and post office are elegantly and individually furnished rooms. Comfortable rooms with bathrooms and equipped with SAT-TV ensure a pleasent and relaxing stay. Our kitchen offers fresh and regional specialties against common prices.

Two elevators are available for our guests in our houses. In addition, parking spaces as well as a large garage for busses are available. All the parking spaces are located in direct proximity of the hotel. Thanks to the direct access of the motorway A3 (segment Nuremberg - Regensburg, Exit Velburg) you can reach the close-by cities Regensburg and Nuremberg very quickly. An invaluable adavantage for our business travellers. However, activity holidaymakers will also get their money's worth. Three golf courses are within a distance of 10 kilometers of our Hotel. Lovers of nature and hikers will also find numerous attractions in and around Velburg.
